My friend own these domains. We get an offer for all of them but undecided on how to price them. The buyer is willing to pay $1100 for all of them. is this the way we should evaluate? Your advice towards this will be highly appreciated.

Those are decent. Not really sure on actual values. I feel that you can still get domains similar to this with hand reg fairly easily if you take the time. At first glance $1100 looks like a fairly good price if you need money fast. At least they didn't just offer you $300 or something.

My favorites are 1,2,3, 6, i feel those have the most value. The one I like the most is FreshArticles.com It seems to have something special about it. The others not so much.

i almost like 8 but I am not a big fan of long domains.

Perhaps communicate with them and see which ones they are really interested in and want the most. And come to a fair price on each individual domain. Perhaps they are only really interested a couple of the domains that are not really the best or favorites in your eyes.

Possibly they really only want one of the domains and are willing to pay $1k for it, but perhaps they see potential with a couple of the others. And they just go slightly over what they are willing to pay and end up with multiple domains that they can flip or develop.

There are other factors to consider as well. Do these sites have any traffic or website attached to them at the moment. Did your friend recently register these? How attached is your friend to them? What was his intention with these domains?

Me personally if I had registered these recently I would probably go ahead and flip them and run with the $$ as they are not the type of domain that I collect atm.
I would try to keep or get more for FreshArticles.com though.

If you sit on a couple of the more premiums that you have you could eventually make over $1100 for one domain imho.

Hope this helps , sometimes i get a bit ADHD in my ramblings.

IMO number 4 (Fresh Contents) must valued more than $1,000
