Appraisals: A Guide

Great guide. I'm think of getting a few domains appraised and i think this is going to make the whole thing go a lot smoother.

I currently LEASE and am in negotiations to purchase a domain from a seller whose price I believe is too high. Can I post an appraisal request in your forum? Or is that looked at as improper/disrespectful to the owner?

Thanks for the guidance, I am in an odd situation as I have been collecting TLDs so long. I have approximately thirty that I am keen to have appraised, some of them, I know are high profile. My coding sucks tho', so there is not much detail other than the specific domain names, at least any links to them are long dead by now. Is it ok to more or less, just paste the list into a post please? I'm seeking general guidance on how to continue my domaining hobby without bankrupting myself also.
