I am thinking of selling my directory that I have run for a little less than a year. Currently it gets 2500 uniques a month with an average growth of 200 uniques a month. It has 6000 entries in 500 categories. I have filtered out a lot of spam and most are high quality

It doesn't make much via Google Adsense, however I do sell express submission for $5 a pop, and monthly specials. This nets me average $100 per month over the last 4 months.

For people that use Co-op weight as a fact of worth, it has about 2500.

I am currently looking for appraisals for the site.

Not in a hurry to sell, but if I get the right offer I will think about it, it is Christmas time after all

Your site is more than 10 months old so it's value can reach up to 10 times of average montly earnings from previous 3 months. Of course there are more details which can increase or decrease it's price.

Like I said in my first post I am not keen on selling it, but I would like to know what it is worth
