    I would say around the reg fee for these domains since pool isn't the strongest keyword out there.

    Id have to agree, unless you found that 1 buyer who was looking for the domain, then you could get more.

    Pool-sharks isn't too bad. The .net kills it but i would still say its only worth about 20 bucks.

    there are many tools that you can type in a keyword and it will show you how popular it is, I believe digitalpoint has one

    Regfee.
    With hyphenated names, you really have to go for premium keywords. Something like Las-Vegas.
