    HI friends,

    I would like to know what do we mean by appraisal value?
    Specially the meaning of the following sentence:

    25% of the appraisal value: $100

    appraisal value is the value it was appraised at ;-),not what it may be worth to the owner.
    if it was appraised at $400
    appraisal value = $400
    25% of the appraisal value: $100

    Does it mean that if i will sell it for $400 i will get only $100?
