    Hello,
    I own e-dir.net and I am thinking of building a directory for e-marketing and webmasters. But If it is worth I am thinking to sell it (I have more domains for the prior purpose). How much money do you believe it worth?

    I'd say not anymore much more than the reg fee....there are plenty of directory domains out there, nothing that makes this one special.
