Appraisal opinions on **Lingerie.com

    Was registered in 1994. Has never been transferred.

    Has #1 on Google for the term. Has been a defunct site since early 2005. Has had ZERO sales for 2006 and 2007. (everything on site is discontinued)

    Site does not resolve quite often.

    Owner is expecting 5-10 million, which I believe is WAY TOO HIGH considering it's been a dead site for so long. To get this site going properly is going to take almost as much in inventory, warehouse space, staffing etc.

    I'm thinking somewhere in the 500-850k range. Would like other opinions.

    am I missing something? what is the domain?

    Lingerie.com?
    2 char + Lingerie.com?

    It should be Lingerie.com right? it was regged since 1994 :)

    Then $250k - 500k is reasonable to the right end user.
