Hey it looks interesting, an original storm chasers directory it looks like one of those unique sites that people in forums and chat rooms would talk about. Maybe this is your traffic source, I'd check to see who's linking in. An idea to help, you could have pictures of storms or hurricanes with your site url encoded into them for on lookers and avatar/pic's seekers. They would cut and paste the code to there home page or fav forum site which could yield good constant traffic and PR, considering your outbound links it'll help with the link juice.
