    Anyone?
I'm really looking to see how much it might be worth to someone.

Even if you don't have that much cash to buy it, what do you think would be a good sales price?

I think websites sell for 6 months revenue.

Are you serious that you got 17,000 members in 17 days?!?! That's pretty damn huge traffic so fast, how did you advertise it?

    My website advertises itself.
For the first week we bought no advertisement and got around 6,000 members.

Users gain money by referring other users.
So I have no need to purchase advertisement.

There are lot of models for evaluating internet companies or online projects, from simple ones that multiply average profit with a defined time period (mostly used here, although its not the best), to much deeper analysis usually conducted on more complex projects or internet companies. In the end, the key of every business is performance, and forecasting the performance is the key of a price thats someone is willing to invest in a website.

In forecasting the performance of potentially high-growth online projects or companies, don't be constrained by current performance. Instead of starting from the present, which is the usual practice in classic valuations, start by thinking about what is the thing that your project could change, imagine how the industry and the company could look like when they evolve from today's very high-growth, unstable condition with not defined market share, to a sustainable state in the future, and then extrapolate back to current performance.

As you can see, evaluating online projects in a professional way isn't a simple "get revenue, multiply it with a certain time frame" pattern. To fully understand your website, and to forecast its potential performance, we should know a bit more about the software it uses, hosting requirements, cash-flow, how much money gets reinvested, etc.

    Hope this helps ;)

But if you sell at DP it'll only sell at the simple valuation.

If those stats are real, great job...

If you could prove the stats, and could prove that they are stable, with that kind of traffic you could get 10-12 months revenue for the site...

    Adsense:
10 months times ($40 per day times 30 days per month) = $1,200

    plus

Site Transactions (assuming $5,000 in 17 days is steady):
    10 months times ($8,823.52 per month) = $88,235.20

    Total:

    $89,435.20

    ...

Of course, this is all dependant upon proof of those stats, and proof they are stable

I really don't need link exchanges.

According to Dnscoop we have 1k+ links already, and I know there is many more than that.

People post links to my site EVERYWHERE, because doing so helps them out on my site. I really don't need partners or link exchanges.
