I was hoping for an approximate appraisal for the following: I built a health/childbirth related website some months back and did some very basic link development (I think it got about 30 backlinks). I can't give the exact niche right now because it's in a very specific niche. The site currently has 8 or so unique articles posted on it, with about 40 more that are waiting to be added. I've put adsense on the site, and it's gotten 1 click out of the 30 people that have hit the site so far ($0.60 made). I know the value of this is actually alot higher, upwards of $5/click in some cases depending on which ad is clicked. Knowing that it's unique content, a very specific health niche, and that it currently ranks in MSN for a few tail keywords, what would you place the value at for this? Essentially I don't have time to manage it, and I was wondering if it would be fair to sell it for $300-$500 considering the information above. Sorry if this sound vague, but again because of the niche of the market and the unique content I have, I don't want to give the URL away at this time.
This is just my two cents but it would really depend on the domain name and what the keywords paid on the pay per clicks for this industry but I could see it selling in the $300 range. Of course it would depend on what the site looked like also.
