Both of these could sell. But they're going to be limited in price because they're .net rather than .com. I would definitely not expect more than $2,000 for either of them -- and that is the best case scenario. They could sit on the shelf for years without any offers. The most likely sales range for these is $50 to $300. If you're ever looking to sell them at the bottom of this price range, I might be interested in taking on the risk. It depends on timing for my budget.
Hi, Good to see your reply. I already received an offer of $2500 at Flippa for champs.net which I refused to sell. This is the low appraisal I received from you. Yes, I am looking to sell but not for low as you asked. As an SEO expert I know the value of these where they can easily go for $XXXXX. If you offer a decent price I will think. Thanks
Congratulations on your $2500 offer! But why ask for appraisals if you have received substantial offers? Offers are worth FAR more than appraisals! They're actually representative of real market value. It's up to you whether you want to sell for $2500, obviously. But, in my opinion, that was a fair market price; and offers like that might not happen again for awhile. SEO expert or not, you are overvaluing these .net domains if you think they can "easily go for $XXXXX". Could they go for that much? Yes, but never "easily"! In fact, it's highly unlikely. I watched Company.net go for that range in Flippa. And "company" is MUCH more valuable than "champs" or "toybox". If you do some research, you'll find that the number of reported 5-figure .net sales is much less than you'd expect. They happen. But they happen with the very best words. I hope it happens for you. P.S. If you're as optimistic for short single-word .net domains as you say, feel free to PM me. I have some to sell.
