just my observation = seems this poster's standard response for everything (either that or reg fee) and he never bothers to give anyone an explanation - which makes his responses a waste of time - and contrary to the stick at the top of this forum which says specifically NOT to do that....

as to "why so cheap" i think probaly because it's got the "the" in the beginning - but i'm not in this "game" so that's just my guess
