Appraisal for the domain EpicMontage.com?

I originally bought this domain from a friend and am looking to sell it again as my use for it has came to an end, it was originally a forum with decent activity, but slowly disappeared after awhile, and now I'm officially done with it and am ready to sell it, but exactly how much is it worth? WebsiteOutlook.com says its worth roughly $1788.5 now, but was once over 2.5k until we redesigned the site and had to switch DNS servers and things, then it was dropped from the database :(.

Anyway, I would LOVE to sell it for over $200 but is it worth it? The domain is nearly a year old and was registered on a 3 year period, what do you guys think?

I visited your site. What is your daily ads revenue? Do you have a monthly breakdown? Where is your traffic originating and is it consistent?

Its difficult for anyone to do an appraisal without some history.

The name has little value as a domain name without factoring in your development efforts and resulting analytics. What you really seem to need is a website appraisal.

I do like the name. Cheers.

I don't want to sell the website content itself, but here are some stats. My daily ad revenue is below $1, it was at one point around $4-6 a day when the site was active and I worked on it more, but then I slacked off and members started leaving thus bringing the traffic down. Here is an image for my monthly traffic, unique visitors, bandwidth, etc.. for the year of '09. During January is where the DNS was reset and I gave the site the renovation which is why it shows no stats for it. I also noticed that if I update the stats, about every couple minutes I have a new unique visitor, if that matters.

I really just need to sell it for more than $60, so I can get a little money back, possibly $80 - $100....

    I hope this helps.

EDIT: Here are extra stats I just took screenshots of, these are the months broken down into days for February and March:

You'll probably notice that the stats start on the eighth, thats because it was the day I reopened and the DNS came back online, etc.

    March -

    Mario,

Thank you for taking the time to add the stats. That certainly helps. I can only speak for my little corner of the domain business, but the going rate for "traffic" domains is typically 3-5 times annual revenue as a median though obviously that can vary based on domain age, PR, traffic quality, etc. These hard times have seen that median trend lower unfortunately.

Nevertheless, I think someone who doesn't mind doing a little development work should pay you low $xxx. My opinion is that you should list this with your traffic stats on one of the well-know domainer forums.

Frankly, there are many others here who are more qualified than I to appraise a website and analyze your traffic, so take my recommendations with a grain of salt. Hopefully, someone else will chime in.

Better than I thought though! Good luck.

Thanks for taking the time to give me your appraisal, I guess I'm gonna go ahead and list it in the BST Domains forum and see if I have any luck. :)
