    2 word domain, developed with site. I would say this site is worth low $xxx.
    It depends on the current situation and buyer. You can get as high as mid $xxx or as low as mid $xx depends on the buyer. Alexa 500K and PR2 is not that big deal but for those truly in for it then your site can be a gem :)

    Thanks for the advice! Here's another question. Do you guys think I should do some work on the site itself before trying to sell it? Maybe try to find a better tool to use...? Get rid of the massive amount of ads I have, and work on better placement? Or do you not think that that will really affect buyer price? Any thoughts?

    How about a better design. Not something complex but just simple and nice, clean.
