To be honest, I give anything with a .biz a value of 50% of the face value of the cost of registration.... .Com, even .Net... Much more... I do however wonder what you could monetize with the word Armpit? The domain is only a few months old, so it has that going against it too... You might be better off gaining value by building content and PR around the site first.
