Because the site owners are making money off myspace.

 

I'm sure they don't mind, it's less work for them, when you're supplying the layouts.

Yeah MySpace can be pretty aggressive, so can Ebay and PayPal so that's why i gave his domain a reg fee appraisal.

His domain is somewhat safe when it's unknown (which defeats the purpose of owning it), however if it becomes semi-popular he risks loosing it. So personally i definitely would not of spent the $8 on it.

I'm sure of you threw up some free layouts with Adsense or run a proxy you will recoup your $8 before you get served a C&D letter.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's not like you just blew a few K's. Throw up a site, milk it for all it's worth and when you get the letter just hand it over and say sorry it won't happen again.

Simple, but next time listen to the Sweetfunny when i says reg fee's

Sounds like a TM issue upon first glance. I agree with
