I would build the site then try and sell it. I'm not sure the domain has that much value to a domain trader and it doesn't have any previous PR or backlinks. It's not going to get much "type in" traffic, either. As for someone looking to buy the name for that particular field, they could just get cheapvm.com, because it's available, or something similar.
