    Well its a web forum that speacilizes in skinning and graphics, also modifications and forum reviews. Its a resource website for invision. I just started this forum in april and im about to expand its services and my site. Im going to offer templates soon and i am creating a website. I get about 10,000 unique visitors. I have 8,300+ members. How much do you think its worth.

    Actually, you should have mentioned it was a website you were seeking an appraisal on rather than a domain.

    For an idea of worth, you would take the monthly income x 12 as the basis for a valuation figure.

    Well, that gives you a base figure to work with. If there is extensive coding and a database to go along with that and maybe licenses or whatever, you need to factor those in as well.
