In all the email creatives it specifically states that you must download and apply a suppresion file. How do you do that?
Most email systems will allow you to plug in this file, and it will scrub out the matching email addresses... Doing it anyother way is crazy. What system are you using?

It is very important that you always download and use the suppression list before sending out any offer to your email list. I would contact your Account Manager and ask him or her to help you with this issue. I would never send out a campaign without first scrubbing my list with the suppression list.
