Apply PSD Skin to vBulletin Site

I am currently redeveloping my tech support forum and am moving from phpBB to vBulletin.

I have had a new skin designed for the vBulletin site and after having a go at applying the design, i have decided it is not something I have the skill set for.

So I would like to invite the good folk at DP to bid to do the work for me.

    Details
Design is an "un-sliced" PSD file, one for forum, one for the portal
You can use the work I have already started and simply finish it off or you can install fresh vBulletin and do it that way. Either way this has to be done on your own web server so I dont have to give away any admin passwords.
There is other work to be had once the template is applied so the successful bidder may get more work if you do a good job on this part of the project.

    Current phpBB site: www.techmonkeys.co.uk
New site with part Vbulletin implementation: www.techmonkeys.co.uk/dev2
    New Portal Design attached (techmonkeys-main.jpg)
    New Forum Design attached (techmonkeys-forum.jpg)

All is as per the attached designs, apart from the site needs to 100% width of the page. On the forum display page, the header wants to be 100%, but the forum display part wants to be about 90% to allow adverts down the right hand side.

I am eager to get this site re-launched so the competition is open for 7 days initially but I will extend if you need more time, so please ask.

This project is open for bids, rather than a set prize, so please tell me how much you would charge and I will accept the best bid by the best bidder.

No prize specified, I am open to bids (essentially I have no idea what the going rate is for this) so you tell me how long it will take and how much you estimate it to cost me

For a good, professional service, you're looking at around $200.
