Apply for Adsense via Friendly URL

    Ok guys,
    I emailed adsense about my new project to ask if a web publisher can apply for an adsense account with a friendly url like this:
    http://www.sg-web-design.com/3/

    The "3" here is the ID of the publisher.

    Apparently all publishers can do so "...If a web publisher owns or has permission to display ads on particular page, then he/she may submit an application for that site..."

    i think it would be double or more adsense account on one website

    the last time i emailed them about the referal program they replied that I still can not invite my visitors to click the button and apply
