I used to be google adsense publisher for about 2 years. but google banned me on the second week of August. They said that my site not qualified enough for the advertiser. All i ask: 1. Can i apply a new account on google adsense using another name but same computer and IP address? 2. My last payment already paid. but will they pay my August earning ?? Please help. thanks, shanti
you can apply for a new adsense account using another website forget the earnings of August they are not paying anything for suspended accounts
It's better to apply for another adsense account if you have another website. They might have saved some of your basic information like the ones you listed in your question. Not sure though. Probably, they won't allow or reconsider your banned site even though if you come up with a different account. The program policies seems to be recently updated. Just go through it. In order to make your side clear, Create a new Google account, fill in personal information and apply for adsense after filling quality contents in your new website or blog. Remember try to add new bank account payee name if you have more than one bank account. It will make it easy for you. If you are strong in applying for adsense in the same site, then the only way to do that is by contacting google and presenting an appealing mail. (Google it to get a nice format for applying for reconsideration). Note : wait for at least 6 months before applying (If you are from India or China).
Yup you can join the program again but for this you need a new name i would say new address as well. You can contact for August but my experience says that they won't pay anything from that.
