Applied for Valueclickmedia, Please help me

I Had applied to Valueclickmedia(fastclick), and a couple of days later recieved a responce:

I Dont understand what they mean by

I replied because they didnt supply the link to the contact form, but never recieved a responce.
This means alot to me working with Fastclick so if anybody can help it will be apreciated.

That means that they can't confirm that you are the true owner of the website.

You have to read the 'vcmedia Website Content Specifications' and then do what they tell you. That might be a little 'Copyright [Insert Your Name here]' or it may be more.

Basically they can't tell if you have authority for that site.

maybe try setting up a page yourdomain.com/valueclick_(todays date).html

and in the file put your requested username

then response to the email with the url of the temporary HTML file
