Application to Help Manage Link Sales?

OK, I had been keeping track of all of my subscriptions for link sales in an excel spreadsheet, containing all of the relevent information, such as what site the link is on, the subscribers email address, what form of advertising the subscriber responded to, etc, etc.

But, after gathering close to 200 subscriptions for links on about 3 dozen websites, it's getting a little too difficult to manage.

Does anyone know of an application that helps to manage such link sales? I'd prefer if it was web based, and even online, so that I can access it from anywhere.

I might be wrong, but I think you are talking about something like PHPAdsNew, which I think is now called OpenAds where you manage and place ads?

I assume that you are buying links, rather than selling.

To be honest I don't ever bother to track them, its really not worth the hassle. Just trust the person you buy from or use text-link-ads.com

Yes, I have the same problem.
If you know a software product better than Excel to do the job, please let me know.

OpenAds might be able to do it, but I really don't want the 'placement' part of it. Just want it to keep track of all of the advertiser account.

No, I'm selling. I do buy some ads from time to time, but I sell hundreds, which are difficult to keep track of.

You just need a database program, Excel is not good at databases. If you want to stick with Microsoft use Access. I do the same thing I use access and have no problems. But you may need to learn how to use Access.

Heh, I'm a senior database architect/analyst for a fortune 100 company. I'd better know how to ue access (or how not to use access as the case may be).

I'm looking for a web based solution. something that keeps track of clients, subscription sales, lets me know when subscriptions are going to be up, how much per month my subscriptions add up to, etc.

If I don't find what I'm looking for, then I will have to create one myself, but I didn't want to re-invent the wheel.
