Application that has Admin/Dealers/Sales/Customer

    Here is what my client is looking for, the reason why I'm posting this here on DP is probably because the concept is not unique. I'm sure someone has thought about this already or developed something similar to this already.

    I simply want someone to help me modify/tailor it to client's business.
    Do you've something like this already, then I'd love to hear from you ASAP.
    if not, How much would this cost to build something like this?

    (please don't send me your site URL's and fancy portfolios, I just need to know how fast can you build it and how much would it cost)


    A Web based program to help a small business become large business
    It will be a B2B program we will sell/provide to many persons/companies
    Our business is tailored to the ink/ toner industry


    Included in the program will be;

    4 levels of access- Admin
    Dealers
    Sales personnel with in those dealers
    Customer/ client ordering section

    Simple CRM program to follow all leads
    Email system that populates outside sources
    Master Database with all available ink and toner products
    Proposal System used to create custom proposals and gain new clients
    Invoicing system to bill clients
    Generic website or sites to be used by dealers
    Generic E-Commerce Store to be used by dealers (will also use information in the Master Database)
    Sync with Quickbooks for easy accounting for Admin and Dealers
    Internal Communications (Message board) for communication between all users (except clients)
