Application for Creating a Wikipage on Facebook

Greetings dear friends! I'm looking for an application for creating a wiki page on facebook and I would be grateful if anybody could help me. I need some kind of step by step guide or tutorial for creating a wiki page on facebook.

Thank you for your reply. I know how to create a facebook fan page – I have several fan pages. My question was: how do I integrate a wiki page into my facebook fan page? If for example there is a wiki page like: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boston,_Massachusetts
And this page has been integrated into the following facebook fan page:
