That is a nice domain. However,... As far as I know, Apple is really concerned with their domain trademark. There is possibility that you may receive new letter from Apple (or third party representative such as Mark Monitor, etc.).
Hello Arick. Yes I am sure they protect their trade mark. How ever I think they would be hard pressed to pull my new reg. Search returns for the name show lots of Apple-pie.
They'll pull it if you appear to be leveraging off their name which from the image you've posted appears to be the case. I'm sure they're not bothered by sites giving recipes for actual apple pies. I don't like the way you're confusing "Pi" with "Pye", not the right play on words in my opinion.
Thank You for your feedback. I came across the image doing a search for apple pye. Seemed fitting but you could have a point. I might hire someone to develop. Apple pie recipes and an app for the site perhaps.
Religious stuff sells like hot cakes, I believe. Pye apparently means "ecclesiastical" and you have the whole apple/garden of eden thing going on http://www.dictionary.com/browse/pye Create an app that gives out biblical references with a hip interface and some way of making them relevant to the user
