I try to stay away from names like that... I've seen them get taken away before and I'm not willing to invest a lot of money with a risk like that.

why r u scaring every1 with lawsuits... even with iphone there only a couple and u can still see thousand of sites for iphone.. dont believe me type ipod insurance in google. after that get ur phone and talk to Steve Jobs
Well with all the legal cases that are reported its a hard one to call, personally because you have gone for an exact trademark breach i think that you may have trouble down the line. But selling early could see low-mid $x,xxx from the right buyer.
