    Yeah, that is my first thought. How much is it worth? Deeply negative if the Brand Defensive company with a building full of Lawyers goes after you! Not worth the stress and waiting for the other shoe to drop. Lawsuits are not about Right or Wrong, or any kind of fairness. It is about who has the most powerful Lawyers and cares to purse it. Only way to win in a lawsuit is to stay out of it!

    N    ow please don't let them come and close these domains.you can defenetly use it,unless you do something against the real owner or scraping the profit of real TM holder.make it as a fan page.No issues.
