An addition to the Dell trademark discussion we had here earlier http://www.canada.com/topics/techno...=709fe991-af49-4de3-b019-6b45a6407497&k=12848 http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D8GL8MS00.htm?campaign_id=apn_tech_down&chan=tc
This is so silly. Nobody on earth is getting the two companies confused. The music company Apple is just t'd off at iTunes because theyre making so much money.
if apple had an agreement that they would not get into the music business, then its pretty much settled, isnt it? I dont give a crap either way, but seems if apple computer violated an agreement, they are in the wrong.
claiming the company violated a 1991 agreement by entering the music business with its ITunes online store. clearly said..
no doubt. I was fortunate enough to work at a lawfirm during the big tobacco company lawsuits. I worked in accounting, so all I got to see was the bills being piled up, even though absolutely nothing was going on. The case lawyers loved it, cuz it really helped their year end bonuses. It was just a huge cash cow. Most lawsuits are, for the lawyers, if for no one else.
They are for rich ppl.. so ppl like me will never buy their products.. it's hard to get a replacement if one part of ur apple spoil.. haha
