Is there any value to everythingapplephone.com? Since iPhone is not part of the domain, I would think it would avoid trademark issues.
I'm sure you've been in the business long enough to know that it really depends on your initial purchase intention. If it was to resell using the Apple/Mac TM (insinuating iPhone) then you would clearly lose battle if they were to go after you IMO. But then again... if your purpose was to build a fan forum than you should be relatively free and clear. Unless you have consent from company this name could be trouble for you.
