Android all the way. Why would you choose an OS that comes from a company that has to control every single aspect of your phone? Including which apps they feel are worthy or acceptable to their terms enough for their marketplace. Android wins hands down.
I've played with both and can say you need to experience both of them to see which one is best for you. If you do go with Android, go with one of Google's approved phones (made by Motorola). Samsung is alright, but crashes a lot. As for me, I'm waiting for an iPhone 5 before I decide where to go. I may end up with an iPhone since I have an iPad 2 to go with it
I think it depends on the user. I used Android tablets before. However, a month ago I switch on to Apple. I found the latter better. Of course, the devices they produce are quite expensive and you always sync in with iTunes which some finds taxing. But for me, I never mind.
Android > iphone http://tech-rage.co.cc/2011/02/27/android-vs-apple-ii/ http://tech-rage.co.cc/2010/12/18/android-vs-apple-the-battle-p/
i am always recomened for android.....because there are lots of application is available for android.
I think it depends If you agree with apple and want to be tied down to certain things.. Then go with them.. Personally I think Android devices are more Free and you can do more then have it one way all the time
