    Good for them. :p

I wonder how old Micheal is...
    I bet it's some 18 year old.

What would you do if you were in that situation?
    Sell it, or keep it?

Watch out if you visit iphone.com because there is already a spoofed site out there, run by someone in Latvia, that uses a trojan to appear to be this official Apple site.

Considering he regged the domain in 1995... I highly doubt it's some 18 year old ;)

A domainer would have paid more than $10 million for it.

Apple would have lost the case straight away , and end up paying way more than 10 mil. , that too without acquiring the domain.

NO, think about it if anithing the guys who registered that name iphone would have the rights over apple- but it dont work that way a domain has nothing 2 do with copyright, if you owned cocacola.com you could do what u wanted with that domain, cocacola will probably make an offer for it, but they couldent take u 2 court or anithing.

If you owned cocacola.com then Coca Cola could take it from you no trouble. Even if you owned coccacola.com or some other typo they can take it away from you.

it's more close to $1M than to $10M from what I've heard.

But tbh I think he might have made more by simply parking it

it's not that simple, depends on how you use it, and how long you owned it etc.
