I get a lot of offers to ad 125*125 banner ads on my site for $15 to $20pm if you add all those it will make more than $400pm although you may have to contact hem again.

The site was bought fr around $1k i think as I saw the last auction a few weeks back.

And, $6k, your crazy, maybe $2k if ur lucky.
