    Apple as in the company?

I'd go low $XX and if you're lucky, mid $XX

IF you develop it into an Apple forum, then it will be worth more, but because of the forum, not the domain.
The domain by itself, will probably get you $40 in the buy and sell area.

There shouldn't be a trademark issue becuase generally sites like www.ebaysucks.com and so forth have been registered by other users other than the company i.e. freedom of speech. But then again is it really worth the headache. . .I dunno

I'd put the name itself (undeveloped) at low XX - mid XX, but if you are able to develop this and avoid any trademark issues, you can of course boost this to- well- the sky is the limit : ) Good luck.
