I have a PC, no MAC. I have an iPhone app I want to distirbute to iphone users.

How do i do it. Im not prepared to pay $99/year as its a free app. Can i open an apple developer account using a pc and just upload the compiled app to the appstore?

How else can i do it, is there any way to distribute iphone app to iphone users for free?

    Hey @RAF Systems
I found a nice guide online on how to do it: http://support.brightcove.com/en/app-cloud/docs/step-step-guide-publishing-apple-app-store-using-windows
I think you'll still have to pay the $99 however (I could be wrong).
    Hope this helps :)

You HAVE to pay $99/year for a Developer license - with this license you can publish as many apps as you want, but again, only for a year at a time. It doesn't matter if the app is free or not, you still need to pay $99/year. There's no way around this, as far as I know, apart from publishing you app outside the App store, but then you'll only be available via jailbroken phones, via Cydia or other unofficial App stores.
