Appealing a banned account

    One of my clients has been banned from adsense due to invalid clicks

    He says he did not do anything wrong, however, google will not respond to any of his emails

    I care about all my clients, which is why I am asking you guys here, is he SOL or is there some way to get his adsense account re-instated?

    almost never works unless you sign up again, using different IP

    And they will never do it. Who is banned from Adsense is banned forever, whichever the reason.

    adsense don't have nine lives, but there are cases accounts return from the dead. try an appeal make it formal and not blaming anything or anyone on the issue

    No need to send emails, use the proper appeal form and explain your client's case and then hope a little, but not much. You will not get any information about what really happened though.
