Today I received three warnings. They are all in regards to 2 threads I made.

1 warning is for posting a thread in a wrong category. The threads were duplicate threads, so one of them was in the wrong category. This makes sense.

They were duplicate threads, and I got 2 duplicate thread warnings. This is highly illogical. If they are copies of each other, one must be the original. 2 duplicate thread warnings would, by the meaning of the criteria required to meet this implication, require me to have posted 3 threads. Do you see my point?

One of my threads was deleted. The other, was moved to the wrong forum.

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1331190 here is the thread.

It is about vbulletin content posting script. The moderator not only added one too many infractions for me, but moved this to the wrong forum. It is not pre-existing content, it is clearly stated it is a script that generates content.

Furthermore, a similar product is offered, and posted in the general buy/sell/trade forum, without being moved. Additionally, I am unable to even edit my thread. This has made it all quite useless in basically every respect.

I am requesting one of my duplicate thread infractions be removed, as it is clearly illogical that both threads are duplicates, when one must be the original. I am also requesting the thread I linked to above may be deleted, so I may repost it in the proper forum General Buy/Sell/Trade. I do not wish for the post to be simply moved there, because, as stated, I cannot edit it, and this is very inconvenient. I believe general buy/sell/trade is the best location for my new thread because of a) the pre-existing similar product that has been posted there for quite some time, and b) it is neither pre-existing content, nor a content generating service, but a content generating product, which does not fit into any of the specific categories.

I apologize for my actions, and I am sorry, admittedly, they were made with insincere intentions. Though, like most mistakes will have the habit of doing, I have learned my lesson.

Thank you for your understanding and rightful action.

Found two copies of How to make /XXX/ point to filename.php?var=x? (mod rewrite), the one in HTMLcategory was deleted the one in Apache forum was left.

Found two copies of Automatic vBulletin Content Generator/Poster/Leecher - 80k+ Posts/Day!

One was in content creation area the other in content. Each of the two threads received an infraction and one was deleted.

You were actually eligible to receive four infractions. Do be careful in future and do not duplicate threads.

Hi. It seems you misunderstood the message of my previous post. I do not appreciate you locking it so quickly without the chance for even a response by me or resolving of the issue.

Here is my user control panel information:

    	 Private	May 4th 2009
    5:32 pm Aug 2nd 2009
    5:32 pm	1	Duplicate Thread
    	 Private	May 4th 2009
    5:29 pm Aug 2nd 2009
    5:29 pm	1	Duplicate Thread
    Code (markup):
That states I received 2 duplicate thread warnings. I posted only a single duplicate thread. Duplicate means copy of an original. If neither were original, then neither can be duplicates. This is what is implied by me receiving two infractions. So by the definition of the infraction, I should only be granted one of such infractions.

Additionally, I would like to request that my thread here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1331190 is deleted. I cannot edit the post and the moderator put it in the incorrect forum. These two conditions mean if I was to take it into my own hands to fix the error, I would receive more infraction(s).

I would appreciate if you could please understand and take the right action to correct these problems.

    Thank you.

Just for the record, you also get infractions for starting threads to bitch about infractions. When you choose to break the rules (which you've done several times now), you lose our sympathy pretty quickly. And do NOT start threads to complain about a problem because your first thread was closed. We closed them as soon as you get your answer. You got your answer - end of story. In the future, you'll get another duplicate thread infraction for that - threads to repeat the issues are not allowed.
