APPCRASH sofware - how to fix?

    I need to help,
    I run the software but failed, can you help me please!

    boot into safe mode with networking to see if you have the same issue

    1. Press Windows + Pause break, or if you are still confused, Control Panel> System and Security> System. it will appear as shown below
    2. Then Select "advanced system settings"
    3. click select "performance" click on "settings"
    4. check "Turn on Deep all program and service except". then add the program crashes. then click open.
    5.Done

    Note: If it still does not work, disable all AV, in mutually compatibility mode until it does not crash (how, right-click the program - properties - compatibilty).
