Apparently this is the greatest domain ever... it could be yours for only $21 million

    No this is not mine, but I have to wonder if this guy is trying to drive traffic or create publicity (which doesn't seem to be the case because there's nothing in the ad) or if he is a moron. I have to believe the latter is the case.

    I tried to make an offer of $0.03 for the domain but apparently I have to offer at least $0.99 and I decided that was too much for the domain.

    LOL yeah I would love to see him get even a tiny fraction of the asking price for that domain. I am guessing either an error or a publicity stunt as you said.
