Thanks for the reply... But don't you think that is why Apple has started with this App Store Optimization concept that will help in recognizing the apps that are not spam, are complete and genuine. Of course with the Chomp update this could have become tough but not implementing it is a wise decision. I think they must be planning something better that can incorporate with it it's guidelines completely and give justice to apps those deserve.
