Hope this is in the right section please move if isnt I just wanted to warn you all of a scammer operating on dp his username is apkapio, we agreed a deal that he would sell me his domain and arcade/proxy site which he claimed made $7-$8 a day as well as one months hosting and a licesne for gamescript for $440 when i sent the payment and asked for cpanel logins and domain logins he suddenly disappered offline i then noticed the site went down and had no way of contacting him, the next day when i managed to contact him he finally pushed the domain and handed over cpanel logins he then caused the server to go down again for another few days i gave up and removed the script off the server and pointed the domain to my own site, when i then asked him to hand me over a license to the gamescript he said he couldnt because it was a warez. After this i opend a paypal dispute, i dont really like going down this route so i tried to reason with apkapio saying i would close the disputeif he refunded my money or even 75% of my money then i would push the domain back to him, which is a very good deal he would be getting more than a $100 for nothing, my simple reuest was he sent the money first then i would push the domain, this means if i need to i could open a dispute or he could open a dispute if i didnt push, but he was adimint he wanted me to push the domain back to him first this is obvious a stupid idea because he could take the domain and my money and i couldnt do anything about it which ive been trying to explain to him, he is now threating to hack and dos my site, throughout this dispute he has been pressuing me into giving him my personal adress and phone number as well as pictures of me! so basically watch out for this scammer and perve he is bad news! p.s and i apkapio i publicly announce here that if you give me my refund i will push the domain back to you, if i dont you can ban me from dp
actually the st_jimi saying totaly lie the fact is that i sale him my domain and site and all 3500+ games without lisense and told him that i have not lisense and i will bought a one for you he said me no its ok ... then when i gave him domain then he change the username and pass and open a dispute in paypal and also gave me -ve itrade point and doing me blackmale that refund him 75% or he go to little court.... i try my best to solve this problam safly but he was't want then i gave him offer that gave me domain back and i will refund him all his money and he did't accept it and after that suddenly became happy and gave me +ve A+ itrade point ......... now he is saying that take domain back and gave me 350$ after using my domain and getting my earning about 2 weeks ... i said him that first gave me my domain back then i will gave you refund if i could not then he have opened a dispute already im not going anywhere i have to stay here also on dp who would want to lose his repu on DP ... actually this guy is MAD and real scammer so now you guys tell what i should have to do even i have not gave him -ve itrade if i want i ca do but i did't he wana fruad with me as he do before... soo be away from him now i gonna gave him i trade point and request you to never sell him anything now i willl meet with him in short court now he affaired from there cooz he know all thing favours me so now i wil tell him in paypal court see you st_jimi there bye
ok, apkapio, you're post doesn't make ANY sense. I mean seriously, I reckon even if you tried to understand yourself you couldn't. I gave up trying to understand very early on... I'm not sure the "short court" is gonna be too sympathetic to you when you can't speak english...
i sent you $440 for the site the script was illegal you caused the site to go down it didnt make any money or any traffic like you promised I am not blackmailing you at all all im asing for is for a a partial refund once i recive the refund i will push the domain back to you, i am not going to push the domain to you on the basis that you say you will send the money after. who agrees that me reciving a partial refund then pushing the domain back to him is the best deal for him,

This itself will prove if apkapio is just writing UK in his location to get more sales out on DP, although i give a flying **** if he is from UK or not, i fi have to ever buy anything from him. Good lord, I'd have thought that if you were going to conduct any kind of business over the internet then you'd at least make an attempt at grammar/spelling, but maybe that's just me
i thought if you were going to do any deal over the internet you would at least make a attempt of doing it ethically and not stealing $440 dollas and then praying on your victim for pictures of them but some people are stupid AND sick
Yay im going to have another rant about another scammer now called undir i created a topic about wanting a very simple php bot i choose him as he was the cheapest (not too cheap though) and could do it in the best time i sent the initial deposit and also sent the completion deposit to by accident as my computer frooze, i wasnt to worried he had good itrade he promised to finish the script in 11 hours a month later im still waiting he is ignoring me over dp msn and paypal dispute, hes offering to give me a warezed python script instead as he was having troubles developing the script i just dont understand why people take on projects they cant do dont intend on doing he now has just left me -ve itade saying he has sent me a downloadlink which is bullshit another scammer for you lot to watch out for
actually dude you r on wrong point... guys see first he gave me -ve itrade point without any wait .. a person on this crazy world can have some serious troubles ... and when i gave him all details then he gave me A+ Itrade point ... i think he need some Patient ... anyways dude best of luck and enjoy your self.
You know what guys, the only way we can make out which is the scammer is by posting screenshots of your PMs/IMs..... we'll have no option but to believe the person with the correct screenshot..
