    I'm selling this website because I like to make websites and selling a lot of websites in the Netherlands.

    The website is ready to start and earn money. There is no measured traffic and ads are for example.

    I've checked it with keyword planner of Adwords. All locations, All languages. The result says low competition.

    That refers to the ad competition, not SERP competition.

    As someone involved in this space, it is funny that anyone would find "apartment decorating" as anything remotely close to low competition. It's filled with enormous competitors with 70+ domain authorities. The number of established home decor blogs that dedicate a section to apartment/small space decorating is massive.

    You should never use AdWords to gauge competitiveness. That's for paid advertisers, not for ranking organically. Why is there low competition for AdWords targeting "apartment decorating"? It's because it's not a very direct money term - people searching for this query is still looking for ideas and are not in the shopping stage. Retailers want to rank for "buy wooden coffee tables" or "modern furniture stores san francisco".
