I dont agree. But I accept that in this case the directory was selling links, EL was buying links and that in the circumstances there is an obligation on the directory master to notify his clents when he changes the goal posts.

 

From a simple customer service standpoint, Jeff is way out of line.

How about: "I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Your listing was removed for the following reason. Your refund was via PayPal, transaction number #blabla."

Calling people a liar without even looking into the complaint is over the top.

 

Why has Jeff not answered my challenge of providing proof that I am a "liar"? That's the only remaining question.

 

If you recall he only had limited internet access. Just enough access to pop-in, call you a liar, and log off. LOL

Am I supposed to feel badly that he made the personal decision to leave DP (on August 31, two weeks BEFORE I posted this thread) due to apparent heat concerning his policies?

Remember, he's the one who dropped in this thread juuuuuuuuuust long enough to sling accusations, not me.

By the way, I already sent numerous emails via the contact form at apahcinc.org (before I knew that Jeff owns apahcinc.org) and received no response. Other DP members have confirmed that many of Jeff's forms simply do not work. Jeff has confirmed that he DID receive some of my earlier messages, but chose to ignore them. So, at this point, I feel that contacting him directly is a fruitless endeavor.

 

Honestly, I don't know but when David Duval left, he was sent out even with suitcase , never look behind and just left.
