Apache takes a lot of CPU now

Hi. I own a dedicated server which I keep here at home.
Everything was running perfect until I reinstalled Windows.
From Windows XP, to Windows XP, exactly the same CD.
Apache takes too much cpu.. it used to be around 1-10%, now it's pending between 1-100%
I didn't do any configuration in apache, neither did I add any new codes.

Any ideas? Could it be a missing driver for network?

Did you install any service packs? Probably some malware...

Nope. Everything regarding apache is exactly the same.

    bulkemailpp:
No, I've scanned it. And anyway, I would never open any executables that I am not 100% sure it's clean.
