I'm trying to restart apache in Mac OS 10.6.6. (found out there was a problem with apache in this version of the OS) I have to type $sudo nano /usr/sbin/apachectl into terminal to edit one of the lines to correct this. From my understanding you replace ULIMIT_MAX_FILES="ulimit -S -n 'ulimit -H -n'" with ULIMIT_MAX_FILES="" Is this correct? If so how do you save the changes?
