Apache proxy

I am trying to set up a personal proxy using an apache webserver. I have a dedicated IP for this sever but I don't have access to httpd.conf. Mod_proxy is installed and running. Can I add directives to .htaccess to allow me to connect to the server to act as a proxy? If so can someone show me examples?

I only want to allow my IP to access the proxy.

You would be better off using squid, not apaches mod_proxy.
