Apache Permission Error

    Hi just new here

    I am getting the following Apache error I believe in my code and I am not sure how to change the permissions either in tomcat or apache or what this might mean. Here is the error message:

    Test=org.apache.commons.fileupload.FileUploadException: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. /var/turbopanel/temp/upload_00000021.tmp (Permission denied)

    Whats the permission/ownership for the folder /var/turbopanel/temp/ ?

    the mentioned directory ownership has to be the same as apache's
