I have tried to install Getboo php script on my hosts server, however i am getting a unix error.

Please set the correct user (e.g. apache) for the root folder of your script (e.g. chown www-data.www-data -R getboo/)

I contacted the host who changed the owner/group to 99 99 Once this was done the install screen appeared, but the script will not install.

All that happens after all the required info is inputted a processing screen comes up but the script sits there? I have tried the script using XAMPP Server with no problems. I have Googled but nothing? Does anyone know the answer to this issue?

    Thanks in advance
