    Hey everybody,
I'm like a total newb to apache, so dont take me like I know all that much that i'm talking about :p
    Anyway, here's my question.
My school has very restrictive internet blocking (they blocked wikipedia! Listed it in the forums.blogs category wtf?), and I want to set up apache on a memory stick and use PHProxy with it so that I can get to, well, what i want to get to ;) . So, I was wondering what would be the proper way to install this? Also, how would I get PHProxy to work with this?
    Thanks in advance,
    thetechgeek

    okay, now about foxyproxy...
when I start firefox, how do I enable foxyproxy for use on a website?
do I have to use an existing proxy?
Is it already being used for every website i go to?
    I'm so confused.... :p
    Thanks,

You don't need to install anything. You just need to find a web-proxy that they havn't blocked.

Chances are that they're blocking sites at the network level so there's no point trying to use a local proxy to get around it. That proxy will also be subject to the rules of their network.

Looks like a good site; I just assumed I wasn't going to be able to use this software unless at home. Cool.
